Another short visual novel cause we all know they are great time wasters and easy achievements for those who likes to have bragging rights over others. If you like a simple story which basically doesn't make sense to right at the end, then give this game a shot.
Firstly, one should explain this game before basically signing off.
This is for the Pixel lovers, that is the art style and is consistent till the parts where it is a simple water art style images to depict scenes such as reunion or death. This game reminds me of games like the older Pokemon or even Mad Father and a nice refresher of the Pixel style games that was once a boom and is again due to the rise of indie games. There are other art used in it, such as the characters portrait, which are cute and changes as the costume changes but that's the only feature worth acknowledging.
There is a bit of music and sounds in the game but it's mostly to make an atmosphere within the game. Oddly, I don't have much to say about it. It didn't leave much of an impression.
The gameplay is simple and involves a lot of looking around, figuring out puzzles and collecting things for an achievement, if you're into that. The game gives an overview on how to play and that's about it.
In conclusion, the game left very little impression on me.
The story was good but felt flat. The art is cute and reminds me of other games which are similar to it, they seem to reflect other games of this genre but even then doesn't match up in depth.
A quick, simple game that is oddly forgettable.
Score: 3 out of 5
