I advise people of 18 years and younger to not look at this review or game.

Now before I begin, I am going to emphasis that this is without a doubt, an adult game. If you are under the age of 18, please leave and if you don't not my problem. also, playing this game on Twitch or any other streaming site will get you suspended, as I found out yesterday. Seriously, had no clue it was a prohibited game but I am not complaining.

So, you have been warned.

Now onto the review at hand.

HuniePop is one of those games that will either bore you cause it is somewhat slow or, like me, entertain you for nearly 12 hours, questioning why you are wasting your life on this, cause you want to hook up your character with everyone, including Venus. Yes, Venus the Goddess of Love.
Your goal is to hook up with everyone, if there is another goal, I wish to know cause that is what I got from the game.You meet each girl, see the basics of their relationship with each other and then slowly get to know them better by asking questions and then having them pop quiz you to see if you remember their favourite colour or cup size.
If that doesn't amuse you, you can bribe them to love you more with stuff they like. The points you get from that improves your stats in the dating game, which is like bejeweled but limited to 20 moves and random comments from the girl you are currently dating.
Each girl has their own personality and unique likes and some like to swear like a pirate while others are as docile as Fluttershy but still swears like a pirate. You would not believe how much they swear, they make me seem pleasant.

You can chose between female and male, the game changes itself based on the gender and it can be changed at anytime, like the difficulty of the game. This is nifty if you start playing and then boom, impossible to please the ladies and you are resorted to easy cause you want to know more about the story or lack of one solid story.

The mechanics are simple, it's all clicking and the gameplay is that of a visual novel in the normal roaming mode and the dating aspect is that of bejeweled where you match 3 or more of the same colour to give affection, passion or extra moves towards the girl. It's a rather simple game.

The art is cute and I wouldn't say detailed but can be graphic when the adult content is present, especially the sexting images the girls send you when you get more hearts with them. The passage of time is a nice art addition cause now you get to see that one scene in four different ways. That and seeing the ladies in different things also helps.

The music is nice but it gets annoying after doing that one area several times cause you failed that date a few times.

There are also additional characters you can unlock by doing a few tricks, there are four in total and you can have your way with them too. I could give it away but where is the fun in that when all you need is to have a fish, a magazine, doing a girl and then the whole town. But don't listen to me cause this is something one should experience by playing, not reading a review.

So go out there and get yourself some broads or you can play this game, get some digital booty and then try and 100% this game. Unlike me, who is going to give this game a break and stream some allowed games.
