So in my usual ventures of finding good games for cheap during sales, I came across this game.
At first, it didn't really appeal but since the tag of Free was enticing, I decided to read the synopsis provided and decided, why not. When I was younger I never used the old chat systems.

At first I was amazed at how well this was set up and how it was like using MSN live, so I kept playing. I made a serious name before doing silly ones like Nyan Cat, which paid out in the end cause Emily did react to them.

The story revolves around the relationship between your character and Emily, mainly focusing on events that are major, such as school and relationships. The choices you make actually impact the ending scenario and in many cases you end up saying goodbye and possibly never hearing from the one who got away.

As a slight spoiler, I don't think this tale ever really ends happily.

The chapter system is nice and understandable as each year is revolving around one major event that either happens to you or Emily or in some cases, both.

The graphics are simple and basically like the old chat systems and even has the sounds that occurs when certain actions are done.
In some instances, friends from the steam list comes up as contacts, which minorly amused me at the time of initial play.

The sounds are as simple as the graphics and has a few uses, such as when a message occurs or if someone is coming or going in the chat.

The gameplay itself is rather simple. You are given three choices, you chose one and you type out the comment by taping any keys on your keyboard and when none can be typed, you hit enter and the chat continues.

As simple as this game is, it's got such a complicated and wonderful story and is the sole reason why everyone needs to give this game a shot.

This game is well worth it and easy to 100% for all those who like to complete games and gain all the cheivos. The game is also short and can be done in under an hour, unless you want to see what all the paths you can take depending on the choices.

In my opinion, it deserves more than a five for being such a simple yet complex game with such a strong story. Since it is Free, everyone should give it a chance and just maybe you might get Emily to be your girl.
